Chando lives within New York City. Chando attended Manhattan College before becoming an actor. Chando is best known for her role as Maddie Coleman from As the World Rotates, a television soap opera she starred in between 2005 and 2007. The show also aired for the second time at the beginning in 2009 for a few months. Alexandra began her professional career acting on the TV show House Blend on which she portrayed Jenna Harper. As the World Turns was the American television soap opera that CBS broadcast over three years. Maddie Coleman played the part of Jenna Harper. Later in the year 2009 Chando was cast in the American documentary TV series True life and further appeared on the show Sherri. She also starred as Annabelle in two episodes of Glory Daze, an American comedy/drama television series. Her credits include Castle, Hindsight Dead People and Outcast.
